Our 16 place toddler room is situated alongside our pre school annex and consists of 2 play rooms with separate reception area and bathroom facilities.

It is modelled on our pre school annex and offers a wide variety of continuous provision areas for children to choose from, as well as focused, staff led activities throughout each day.

The children are monitored carefully to ensure all aspects of their development are promoted, and observations and assessments are used to dictate future planning to ensure the children’s progress.

Outdoor play

The toddlers have access to all areas within the outdoor play facilities, including a planting/growing area and the ‘bug hotel’ where they can explore the world of mini beasts. There is space to run, climb or ride as well as areas to sit and rest and chill out or have a chat with friends.

We encourage parents/carers to provide clothing for all seasons to enable the children to go outdoors in all weathers.
